I am Diana Socoliuc

and I offer sessions of individual somatic coaching and restorative somatic workshops to help you bring change and fulfill any aspect of your life in a most efficient and sustainable way.

​My somatic services incorporate the latest findings from Neuroscience, Embodied Cognition, Interpersonal Neurobiology and Polyvagal Theory and draws on the schools of somatic psychotherapy Gestalt, Focusing and Hakomi.

Most of us have a clear idea of what we need to do to create change and achieve success, yet we often find ourselves stuck—repeating the same unproductive patterns. At other times, we’re unsure of what our goals should be, even after countless pros-and-cons lists and overthinking.

This sense of being stuck arises when we rely solely on rational thought to understand and address our challenges. In truth, 95% of our actions are driven by unconscious patterns. Somatic practices offer a highly effective path to transformation by engaging the autonomic nervous system. These practices help to release the unconscious programming and limiting beliefs shaped by our past experiences, unlocking new possibilities for growth and change

Individual Somatic Coaching

As a somatic coach I am creating the optimal space for you to tap into your body intelligence. This means that we work with the memory of your nervous system to access your unconsciuous limiting beliefs and embody a new energy that is in service to your inner truth. This process brings a state of flow and ease, nourishment and clarity and helps you reorganize your experience in an empowering way.​Somatic practices require following our sensations, emotions, felt senses and imagination, playing with movement, voice, energy, stillness, breath, rhythm, posture.

Restorative Somatic Workshops

These group activities are meant to teach you how to activate your natural abilities of self regularising in moments of stress such as anxiety, depression or dissociation. When integrated in a daily routine, polyvagal practices help create new neural pathways that rewire our nervous system to feel safe and open for change. 
These practices allow for feelings such as: a sense of calmness, feeling grounding, having mental clarity , feeling at ease, feeling spacious, creative and resourceful.
